Diesel fuel must become extremely agitated before it can burn. Fuel molecules must move rapidly, bumping into each other through heat and pressure until combustion occurs. Typically, this super-excited state does not occur until the fuel has been injected into the cylinders. Revelation accelerates fuel agitation by introducing an electrical current to the fuel stream, speeding the movement of free electrons around the fuel molecules. As a result, combustion is more complete, more simultaneous, with consequent boosts in both power and efficiency.
Revelation also strengthens the hydrocarbon bonds in diesel fuel, in a process called “polarization,” that enables fuel molecules to more easily attach themselves to oxygen during combustion.
